yes, well in my lack of text subtlety you were supposed to pick up on the fact that your badge preceded the ones i posted, but that there was clear precedence. i couldn't place a date on it but clearly your badge comes from a time when there was one wellington scouting district, whereas when i was a scout there were a number of wellington scouting districts.
