So this is what it looks like when I get to hold the moon in my hands.
It's also an example of the crap I do when I've giving up doing what I should have been doing.
Awesome. So freakin' awesome.
I especially like the dive-bombing bird at the end.
And by nice coincidence Radio New Zealand started playing The Galileo Lectures today. Well worth a listen. If you're into moons and things.

I had no idea the moon's orbit was so eccentric
it wasn't, but galileo was somewhat involved in making it so.
was that Galileo or Galliano?
whoever came first started it. whoever came second cemented it. that's the way science works.
