I don't know the in joke. But I thought there were to be no people on this blog?! Does that mean this is an alien? But anyway in other news - I was recently caught by a friend of my sister whilst I was (stealthily I thought) photographing a wall.. it felt perfectly normal to myself - to participate in this kind of 'shooting from the hip'. Anyway she laughed & shrieked loudly & asked what I was trying to sneakilly achieve. I thought warmly of the skull wall that was now mine...mmmmm
after forcing myself to let go of current paranoid thoughts about my own photographic practice (with help of cheap but organic argentinian wine & too much pop radio)I have studied this image & suddenly I see that the enigma that pushed this button must have possessed superior charms
that's the thing with in-jokes, not everyone knows them.
it's my blog and i'll put up whatever i want to - even if it does contradict earlier statements. just call me contrary.
i can't comment on the superior charms of the person who pushed that button as i only have vague memories of that morning, but the result captured is certainly alien.
Ah but it could also be a joke which is in - cos it's in fashion.However if being in on your in-joke might involve having to run with your crowd - I believe i'm better off to be forever wondering.

As far as photographing walls, is there anything else to photograph? and isn't shooting from the hip, the only way to really take a good pic? I don't know, friends sisters can be weird, huh?!
