i think the historians i know (professionally) have placed it as 1960s due to the 5 digit phone numbers. clearly it's pre-beehive as iconic wgtn building.
it is cool. i can get you an a4 copy (maybe bigger) - possibly even on a tea towel.
The things people will (with any luck) pay photographers to photograph.
